Charter Consulting Group Fair Compensation Policy
Striking a balance in a technology consulting practice with respect to compensation, or billing is a challenge. The only thing a computer technician can exchange for compensation is his time and expertise gained over many years of education and experience. While most technicians are extraordinary problem solvers, we all have limitations as to experience and familiarity with any given technical problem.
